Best regards, Exposer of Phonies
I don't know what this insult is about; but I guess it is about you. What seems certain, Bill, is that you simply have no credibility. You repeatedly make information up as evidenced here:
Message 17227365
"Who is more believable, the writer of the piece or the 12 peers who voted unanimously to convict him?"
Here again you make up numbers about a case where you have this strong opinion, but your own evidence proves you have not examined the case, and are simply making up a opinion on it on sheer whimsy.
Message 17227481
"Yes, they knew of all the evidence. Then they weighed it against conflicting evidence and made their decision. Furthermore the 47 appeals and ten years of digging, trying to fabricate a single story which would exonerate him obviously discounted this writer's theory too."
I have not paid much attention to your posts in the past, Bill, so I do not know if this is just carelessness or dishonesty...but of what value are numbers and figures that are made up out of whole cloth to "justify" your opinions? What nonsense, Bill.
Why did you say that 12 jurors were unanimous when they were not? Why did you say that the jurors had all the evidence when they did not? Why did you say there were 47 appeals when there were not?
So people read your posts and if they are not aware that you have just made the information up and presented it as if it were the truth, they may think: "Well, his opinion is a worth considering because he has reached it only after a very careful consideration of the facts..."
But, of course, you did nothing of the sort. You did not consider any of the facts; because the facts with which you attempted to mislead the thread were not facts at all. They were fabrications. And then you add insult to injury with your incomprehensible insult to which I am now responding.
