Ten, one small piece of encouragement for IT spending eked out today, from Oracle: 15:52 ET Oracle Corp sees IT spending increase (ORCL) 13.15 +0.61: -- Update -- We are hearing from traders citing Bloomberg that ORCL's CFO says that the worst is over for IT demand, and sees spending increasing in the next 12-18 months. Oracle's favorite platform is now Intel, not Sun. Hope they're right. Tony
