the dangers of giving Arafat's bunch of thugs the name of a sovereign country, which will grant them all kinds of rights which can never be revoked no matter how they behave. You refer, I presume, to the sort of "rights" that the Taleban enjoyed as leaders of a sovereign country. The "rights" enjoyed by the leaders of a Palestinian state could be revoked as quickly as those of the Taleban were, and a good deal more easily.
