Scott, good Harvard article. When I was in business school, they didn't teach anything about ethics and anything about managing employees (University of Rochester). The course work consisted of economics, statistics, operations research, operations management, game theory, etc. It really is shocking when you think about it -- MBAs walking around with no training in people management or ethics.
