Not to defend CNBC, but don't you think GE going after 61 billion in corporate paper AND Bill Gross, bond guru, slamming them is probably the most newsworthy event of the day, market wise? (In all honesty, I never turn on CNBC so they may have been obscenely transparent, but I do think it's a major story. Freeplet gets the TV the few times it's on around here.
