I am working for a team lead who is about to do a most unethical thing. As he is the owner of a development company, he is about to replace me with someone from his own company even though I have been on contract for 10 months with our client and have been requested to carry on for the next number of weeks to wrap up a very sticky situation. He makes no money from my position as long as I am there. I have even received commendation from the CEO of this large company for my efforts in saving a very large account that was about to walk out the door and NOT pay their bills. Now they are very happy, will continue with us and pay their debt. I ask for assistance is not bearing resentments towards this man. We are all having a meeting tomorrow and this situation will be discussed. The people I did the work for are not very pleased with this team lead's decision.
