New largest shareholder files first 13d with 9.4%. All bought in the open market over the last few months with the majority bought between 2.50 and 2.95. Most recent purchase on this report was this past Tuesday and says he will continue buying.

Incidentally, he is the same person that filed the lawsuit in Feb. to overturn the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
