From Memo #22: Costs of amending the agreement

As part of the amended bank agreement, we have agreed to increase the interest rate on our bank debt by 75 basis points - from LIBOR + 250 to LIBOR + 325. (The one-month LIBOR rate yesterday was 1.90%.)
