Brook, check out this chart on SII
stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=G

SII made a nice momentum divergence 3 days ago or so when it reached 70. see how the RSI how was quite a bit lower than the very high RSI reading the last week of Feb and early March; yet we had a higher high on the price chart.

This is all I was saying, is that on a positioning basis I would not have shorted the stock when it had the very high momentum readings and now divergence. Instead the higher probability shorting time was when the momentum divergence had occurred.

Interestingly, SII made it up to 70, basically to my target window I had suggested we might hit prior to a bigger pullback.

To be fair, I think you were talking about a trade that was shorter term in nature more of a day or two scalping trade.
