Ted, schedules slip. It's as inevitable as death and taxes.

Even good management can't ensure against schedule slips, for in this fast-paced tech industry, requirements change constantly during the course of a project, and there's no way to foretell any of those changes.


Tenchusatsu, you need to be telling that to your fellow longs, not I. Its disappointing that Hammer may be delayed but its not unexpected. Like you said, its inevitable that delays will happen........particularly when the product is a complex one.

Now you have to convince Yousef of that fact. ;~))
