I don't feel we're being clear enough on this issue, i.e., under no circumstances can the world community respond to these terrorist attacks. Sure it can. It just has to respond with force and/or sanctions- it seems that we're trying to appease them too much. Z, by what authority, does the world community have the right to respond to these terrorist attacks with force and/or sanctions? ted
