Hi I am new to the gold threads.... I read Kaplan's daily report about gold. I think it is quite comprehensive one. Although I don't really know him, I exchanged messages a few times regarding gold with him. I have much respect for his work and like the statistical data part of his report, but I disagree with his opinions regarding to gold and stock market. He is basically a contrarian type investor. So it requires critical timing as you are against the trend (I learned from painful experiences). Kaplan has been bullish in his report for a very long time (a year?), but we know the reality of POG so far. I am getting to believe the darkest hours are near, but not so sure about the timing to be bullish. Eventually we are all corrrect to be bullish. After all, even a broken clock is right once after 24 hours. regards, Keith
