How would this work out for CDMA2000 1XEV DO compatability between Europe and the US.

Europe - GSM 900 MHZ/GSM 1800 MHZ; WCDMA 2100 MHZ; MMDS 2500 MHZ CDMA2000 1XEV DO.

US - CDMA1XEV DO 800 MHZ/ CDMA1XEV DO PCS1900 MHZ; MMDS 2500 MHZ CDMA2000 1XEV DO.

One could argue that the door is wide open to CDMA2000 1XEV DO with MMDS spectrum in Europe.
