Been waiting for you to post the good news ;-) Just in case there is anyone still reading this board BANY's been re-listed. Second MM showed up on Level II today. Apr 6th is the date that opens the door for multi MM trading. Currently ACAP and SCHB are the listed MM's. ACAP is the MM currently trading.

Board Trading

on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board.

Banyan CEO, Michael Gelmon, stated: "We are delighted to be trading on a
