RS Very interesting find. But just what and why would the 'world' require those kinds of 'disclosure' statements? I mean does coming out and saying "to explore mutually advantageous communications opportunities." really give anyone any useful information? I guess my engineering background has trouble with simultaneously running the company in the ground and trying to show the courts that a 'reorganized' company would be able to make it. Drop the price to $0.10/minute and THEN belly up to the bar and say G* cant make it as currently structured. L3 does say they plan to continue the acquisition track.... One can only hope. Jeff Vayda
