Besided that, I am more than happy that you people of Almighty America finally realized the extend of the threat that the Muslim religion represents for you, the world, let's simply say civilization as it engulfs their own locals ; and as to remember the event, we'll have some champaign. Like when you went to the moon, well, not as much, but still, ok let's say like when the wall of Berlin FELL, and we all knew who made it possible, too.
epsteinbd, do me a favor and make sure more of your fellow citizens speak out in outrage of American hypocrisy. We don't need thanks; we need a LOT more pressure on our leaders to do the right thing. I have never been ashamed to be an American, but when I think of what my government has done and is doing vis-a-vis yours these days, I am coming quite close. Has everyone forgotten what great friends the Arab states were of Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany? It seems history is in danger of repeating itself - UNLESS WE WHO KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT STAND UP AND SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS. There, one little outburst from me ;-).
The pathos in the tragic pictures of beautiful young Israelis saying goodbye to grandfathers, grandmothers, fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, wives, husbands, boyfriends and girlfriends has been absolutely heartbreaking. And there are some VERY good stories on the Ha'aretz website about the terrible fate of the "injured," and it's ridiculous, this happens so often, most people have become numbed, writing off "wounded" as no big deal - how little we truly know of the full cost. |
