I hope he answers my question because I really don't see why debt and dilution is bad in a growth company. Really, what are the alternatives? Build a network in one section of NYC, and run that business for a couple years until you get cash flow positive and get enough money in the bank to expand into a larger area in NYC and run that ... until you get enough money to expand into another section...then into another city... run that a few years and save money... about 50 years from now we might have switches installed in 5 cities and customers in a couple dozen others...

Yeah sure. And I could save money in my savings account every week until I save enough to pay cash for a house. I'll just live in a shack in the mean time...but stay out of debt.
