Ice, it couldn't be easier. Assuming you have Navigator for a browser,
right-click when the pointer is on the picture. A menu appears. One
option is 'set as wallpaper'. That's so easy, I change wallpaper
almost daily. It works with charts, too. So if I see a chart that looks interesting, I use it as wallpaper until I get tired of it.
