No. You didn't mention yields in your post listing all the money Intel spends, and why that makes them NOT the low cost producer. If AMD spends less, in proportion to its size, but its yields are much less, then they wouldn't be the low cost producer. By the way, it's Tony. Toni is usually a woman's name in the US, although men's in Europe. Big PC thread going on over on Intel, sure you know that already.
