Way O/T.....

Yogi and Louis. As an American living in Europe for the last 11 years (Louis, Scotland counts for Europe doesn't it?) I can see both sides of this argument.

Yogi, you will have to excuse Europeans if they don't feel as outraged as you do about 9/11. They suffered through two world wars and had the hell boomed out of them. Not to mention all kinds of terror and conflict we Americans (make that North Americans<g>) have been very lucky to have avoided up til now.

Louis, we Americans are pretty pissed off and have every right to be. Try and see it from our side. The war on terror is not going to be something we can sit around a round table in Brussels and debate. It is going to take action, strong action, if it is going to be stopped.

My point of view is either lead, follow or get the hell out of the way! I am happy if everyone does one of the above. If you want to be the leader then fair enough, do it. But don't be a back seat driver.

Ignore is not the answer for either. Best to agree to disagree and get back to stock talk. It is a small world and we all need to get along or we WILL have WW III.

Best to both of you.

Wayne
