All the countries have a slight difference unless they choose to make it exactly the same. In the case of Korea and Tiawan, they both choose to make it the same so that they could buy off the shelf equipment from the US to put it in at low cost.

Korean PCS frequencies are not the same as the US PCS Frequencies. Korean PCS frequencies operate in the 1.7 Ghz frequencies. Taiwan's operate in the common GSM 1.8 Ghz frequenicies. If there is one "odd ball" out there, it is Korea!
