You had me all the way to the punch line. Which could be reworked to be funny. I didn't get it. Osama didn't seem thrilled to see his great reward (the stinking cave) he seemed confused and disappointed at Jesus's choice for his great reward. Is Jesus incompetent at determining rewards, is heaven not rewarding? The joke might have been funnier if he wanted a cave, or if he thought he was getting heaven but it was really hell and he gets the cave for eternity. I think you'd still have to add something like the 72 virginians torturing him to make it fly. That would leave it slightly offensive to us Muslims but the humor would be apparent.
