Hi ild, The old man in charge is brilliant and mostly honest. His kids not and mostly not. HK.1 has a bunch of good stuff, including Hutchison's global trade logistics (may be adversely affected by WAT and what not) and telecom stuff (oops, incl. GX), just like GE Capital, but its core HK real estate holdings is deflating and will continue so. Balance sheet strong, unlike GE. Chugs, Jay
