Well, when Joe Sixpack buys a new PC with Windows 98 pre-installed
he may not even be aware he has an option on browsers. My new PC
(5 weeks ago) came with Explorer, AOL and the ATT net prominently installed on the desktop. I'm not using any of them, but lots of
people may not know better or do not care.
MS has an unfair advantage as long as there is no choice of OS for PCs.
