Warning: Do not take the Harris Poll being sent to Waterhouse customers. It's a disaster. The testware wasn't adequately tested by the programmers. Waterhouse is planning to redo their site. What they have in mind is worse than what is in place. This firm has so much going for it yet it always finds a way to shoot itself in the foot. The worst aspect of the company is middle management although branch personnel are notoriously poor because the company doesn't pay their experienced people well enough to keep them.
