That's the way to invest* in biotech..... find a quiet lead/hint re. leveraged, under-appreciated stuff. Study it. Make a bet. Study it some more. If it's truly hot, make the bet larger. Watch closely, as it's a large bet. Find out that it stinks before the next guy, and do everything possible to avoid stinkers in the first place. Rare occasion where it doesn't stink? Yippee time. * not as described in text books, or in all of the "how to invest in biotech" guides that were written by those pre-bubble analysts who now run hedge funds.
