I agree....teevee stated that well. Smells strongly of "tax grab" to me. There are other aspects of this whole thing that rub me the wrong way... many in fact. I wonder where this will lead to... But you're right. This is not an issue between citizens, but one of politics with a power struggle and desire for control forming the subtext.
