Deleted to be edited--on seeing the measure point from October 2001. I thought it was a year. I actually see if their is any way to look at such a chart.I do not believe in that method.You should simply measure VIX/VXN to the numerical moves of NASD and SPX moves.
But nonetheless on review, your chart is technically very bearish for NASD. But i don't hold that it is good measure anyways.Max
