Well, I was sorta surprised that she rallied after the news that the gov't was going to continue to pursue litigation..however I KNEW we'd have big trouble in Oregon....sooo, I closed my long position in the Jan '03 calls for breakeven during the rally yesterday and am holding the puts for now...I was flabbergasted that Lehman slapped a buy rating on her yesterday or two days ago...with the verdict looming, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?? Perhaps this was a ploy to get their people out before the verdict and it worked...I'll buy her back in the 40's....see ya doc
