Hard to believe that ATLS didn't have some sort of contingency in the lease arrangement to protect themselves from bad airplanes and the effect they would have on profits. Something in the UCC to protect them maybe ? Misrepresented goods ? Why do we have to pay for something that FedEx pawned off on us ? Guessing management has learned lots from this whole affair and won't let it happen again.
