JOHN Any idea what INTEL production wafer yield is ? If AMD yield is in that range somebody is selling a lot of micro processors ( we know it is not AMD or CYRIX -AS OF YET ) . I think the key for INTEL next week is earnings ( 1.96 per share -MY feelings after AMD &CYRIX did so well ) + how fast INTEL is coverting to MMX - hopefully ANDY will have accelerated the conversion ( supposed to be at 60% in third qtr & 90 % in the fourth QTR ). Tomorrows effect will last at most a day - stock price 9/30/97 = 90 per share ( post split ) REGARDS BILL LONG INTEL
