Homebuilders; Beachside Bill- saw your comment about NVR over at the Z-Tread. Why don't these guys split? LOL! I agree that we may see a pullback but I'm also surprised that homebuilders exhibited much strength Friday when the news was already out that tariffs were anticipated. I would have thought the move was on low volume but most had above average volume. Big moves now both up and down on volume says indecision to me. Seeing some distribution on the weekly BZH chart and some others but NVR looks strong on big "green" volume this last week. With the higher tariffs and interest rates homebuilders are indeed an interesting short op but need to be viewed with a very cautious eye. I have short positions but did take some profits Thurday afternoon as I feared a strong market on the Travelers IPO. Still short MDC and PHM. J.Nail has the right idea about waiting for the retest.
