Depends on whether the $OEX volatility has come down correspondingly. I don't follow the $OEX so don't know. But looking at the $NDX, you can see that the $QQV has come down as the $VXN has fallen. But the $VXN has fallen slightly more markedly, indicating that the drop is still bearish.
