They guy was drunk, had a loaded Uzi and I'd be making the call 10' away from him. The "situational ethics" was that suicide is against the law and Ish wasn't going that route. Here's one on situational ethics. I was a partner in a 400 acre duck hunting club. One day I as down there working and a guy showed up to hunt late in the day. 30 minutes left in the shooting time. After 15 minutes I realized I hadn't signed in on the Federal Kill Register and unloaded my gun without firing a shot. When I got back to town I called the federal warden and reported myself.
