Does congress even bother mentioning what provision of the Constitution gives them the authority to pass laws like this? the only code programmers and software firms will be able to distribute must have embedded copy-protection schemes approved by the federal government. Do you think Fritz can feed himself anymore? Does he have an aid to empty his spit dribble pail?
