I agree, it's not easy to agree on what constitutes weakness. For me it's when I am lowering my average cost. Last Thursday NG was up 10% and AVN fell more than the usual daily noise. Friday the OSX fell 5% after an anal cyst downgraded the group but, get this, said he was long term bullish. I thought the market was supposed to look ahead. I have difficulty evaluating individual royalty trusts, which is why I invest in a basket of a dozen. How is one supposed to judge quality of management, drilling success, hedging success and all the variables other than the all important commodity price? If anyone knows of a royalty to avoid, please post with reasons.
