What do you call it when people with their hands on the levers of power willfully defy the Constitution? A coup? The only thing between them and complete power is the Supreme Court. And if anyone mentions that they answer to the voters I'll puke. Now they've decided that they, not the President (again in defiance of the Constitution) will pick the Justices. Term limits are looking better and better. But nothing short of a Constitutional Convention will get it past the incumbents in Congress.
