Thanks for the reply. Good auctions huh? I will have to get a permit for those as I will be needing some cheap cars shortly after my arrival. I always have prefered using auctions instead of owner sales or dealers. ( Sorry ). Donald Sew has found some real nice ones at auctions near Baltimore lately that I couldn't touch via the regular channels here. I don't think I have ever bought a car where I live. All my cars over the last 20 years have come from St Louis where all three of the big 3 have factories and let the employees trade in every couple years. Whenever I have needed a car, I have always been able to go there on leave and pick up a 2-4 year old car for half the price of where I live just because the used car market was so glutted there. I go everywhere with a smile and an open mind. I have enjoyed places others hated and would never have left Guam had I not been forced to move. I found good things about Loring Maine like the people though the weather and Black Flies were enough to make me want to move ASAP. -ggg- Maybe we can hook up sometime on one of your trips after/if I move there. I was just writing elsewhere about Nemer's Black Box in the past. Those were the days. Too bad that thing couldn't be saved. Good Luck, Lee
