Duke: Have any thoughts on what she could be thinking given the testimony to date. This clip from the NY Times gives one pause or is it just more liberal fud? The federal judge presiding over the Microsoft (MSFT,Trade) trial has postponed ruling on the case's most contested question: how broad is the scope of this remedy proceeding? JFD
