Let me thank all the guests this weekend who helped to make DAR's first weekend cooking show such a great success. The producers are so thrilled with the ratings that they have asked me to stay away more often. In fact, the show's title is being changed to Cooking Without Rambi. The topic for today is Cookware-- Walmart or Calphalon? I have a personal interest in this as I am in the market for some. Ammo has an apt for next year and is inheriting my old stuff. I looked at Calphaon but was intimidated and confused by Commercial, Professional, No-stick, and SImply Calphalon. Does it matter? I am not a gourmet cook (the catfood recipes were deceptive, I know) but I do like to entertain at times. I would appreciate input from you pros. Except for Laz- whose sole requirement would appear to be microwaveable.
