Does Jonathan Joseph works for Smith Barney? This morning Smith Barney upgraded semi chip makers like AMAT. How can they make a convincing call on the chip makers with Joseph downgrading INTC just last week? Is this firm for real? Or are they just trying to generate trading commissions?
