Can you tell me what market dominant IP KLIC owns that boosts it to a top tier company in your estimate? I see it more along the lines of a UTEK plus significant debt (so I'll stick with UTEK) and not an AMAT, NVLS, KLAC or LRCX in quality IP and market share, but I am willing to listen. I think of them as a "wire bonder company" and wire bonds might vanish... Kirk
