>>Homebuilder and mortgage banker NVR (NVR: news, chart, profile) announced after the close Friday that its strong first-quarter performance leads it to expect 25 percent earnings growth for 2002 over last year's $24.86 per-share earnings, which would be about $31.08 per share. Currently, three analysts reporting estimates to Thomson Financial/First Call project an average of $30.18 per share for the company in 2002.<<
