Noticing someone's race is not the same as having the deck stacked unfairly against someone because of race. In my previous career, I worked and lived with many whites, blacks and hispanics. Occasionally there would be a race based altercation, but it didn't come close to having the deck adversely stacked.

Many types of people are treated differently from the norm in their daily encounters with others. Hispanic people, fat people, bald people, old people, black people, asian people, short people. So sit back and enjoy the differences because that's life. Not deck stacking.
