A Deutsche Asset Management spokeswoman declined comment on the vote. She said she was unaware of the credit line. It closed March 15, four days before the shareholder vote.

I'm sure the "spokeswoman" was unaware of the credit line. She lives in a vacuum. I'm also just as sure that the Deutsche asset management team was aware of the credit line. It was public information.
