Have you or anyone else heard about the Rydex Sector Rotation Fund. It was just launched today and according to the Rydex manager that was interviewed on CNBC, their strategy is to invest in the strongest sectors and sell the weakest sectors. I believe he said that this would be done on a monthly basis.
