Maybe a little O/T but would anyone care to venture a guess on how the markets will react to AOL's little 4:54pm bomb.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - AOL Time Warner Inc. will take a $54 billion quarterly charge, likely to be the largest on record, to reflect a steep decline in the value of AOL's purchase of Time Warner, the Internet and media giant said in its annual report released Monday.
