You know what? I was just about to ask you that same question. I notice that sometimes I start and the icon isn't in the tray. But I look in tasks and it's running and when I click on the ZA shortcut it appears. I remember reading something about XP dropping icons out of the tray when not in use. There is a setting to shut that off. I'm wondering if that's what we are experiencing.
