Laz said - "I am under no obligation to consider consider the sensibilities of someone else's religious prejudices. Period"

You replied - " So your stand on abortion (if you have one) is aligned with that of other conservatives? "

Religious opinions obviously impact on the abortion question but it is not itself a religious question. People with all sorts of religious faiths including atheism can be found on both sides. But even if you did consider being pro-life or pro-choice to be an example of religious prejudice (and I don't) Laz was not talking about abortion, and he was saying he was under no obligation to consider the sensibilities of someone else's religious prejudice, he didn't say that he either was under an obligation to consider the "religious prejudice" or that he was under any obligation not to consider it. For that matter he can consider something without agreeing with it.

Does it need explaining? Only if you want me to understand what you are talking about. :)
