Thats not a smoking gun or even a smoking gun drawer.

The meetings where not just with Enron, they where about energy policy in general, and most importantly there is no sign that Enron got any special benefits from the meetings. In fact you would have a better case that the Bush administration had done something wrong if Enron was still profitable then you do now that it has gone bankrupt, but then there would be no Enron scandal to try to tie GW or Cheney to.
